What we collect
Account details (email, display name), your onboarding assessment, daily check-ins (mood, energy, stress, sleep), practice session history, and the guidance Aura generates for you.
How it is used
Your data is used solely to personalise your practice, show your progress, and operate your membership. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI processing
To generate guidance, a summary of your assessment, recent check-ins and recent sessions is sent to our AI provider. It is used to produce your response and is not used to train third-party models.
Storage and access
Wellness data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security: only your signed-in account can read or write your records.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, check-ins, sessions and guidance history.
